This Code of Conduct defines the fundamental principles and guidelines that govern ethical behavior at CHETRA Dichtungstechnik AG. It serves as a framework for all employees to conduct business with integrity and responsibility.

All employees are required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in all countries where CHETRA operates. This includes but is not limited to trade laws, export controls, and local business regulations.

All employees must avoid situations in which their personal or financial interests conflict with those of CHETRA. For that reason, among other things, they are forbidden from making investments in CHETRA's competitors, suppliers or customers, or from entering into business relationships with them privately, where this could lead to a conflict of interests.

CHETRA has a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and bribery. Employees must not offer, promise, give, or accept any improper payments or benefits to influence business decisions or gain unfair advantages.

CHETRA is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. All employees must treat colleagues, customers, and partners with respect and dignity, regardless of their background.

Employees must handle confidential information responsibly and protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. This includes proprietary business information, customer data, and trade secrets.

Company assets must be used responsibly and primarily for business purposes. Employees are expected to protect CHETRA's physical and intellectual property from misuse, theft, or damage.

Management is responsible for implementing this Code of Conduct and ensuring compliance within their areas of responsibility. Regular training and audits will be conducted to monitor adherence.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations through appropriate channels.
