Chetra warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period specified in your purchase agreement. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in sealing solutions.
• Material failures under specified operating conditions.
• Functional defects that prevent proper operation.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from use outside specified parameters.
• Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties.
• Damage caused by chemical incompatibility or environmental factors.

To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your purchase details and a description of the issue. We may require the return of the product for inspection before processing your claim.

Chetra's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, at our discretion. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production downtime, or equipment damage.

Users are responsible for ensuring that Chetra products are suitable for their intended application. We provide technical specifications and recommendations, but final suitability determination rests with the user or their engineering team.

Chetra provides technical support and guidance for product selection and installation. This support is advisory in nature and does not extend warranty coverage or liability beyond the terms stated herein.
